Wool, wool, wool, TNG. I'm finding it sew hard to keep up with you on this one. I'm impressed with how you're knitting together the ideas in this thread.

I don't know about that. You certainly have been rising to the challenge lately, and as for me, I have to admit that lately there have been quite a few times I've found myself stuck for puns. I'm getting old and senile, and they're not coming as easily to me. I'm really delighted, however, to see others among us get on the bandwagon. The puns are as much fun as the puzzles. :)

Very interesting - I just recently learned this word and how it lead to our modern English usage of "clue." Pretty cool! =)

I only found out about this connection recently, too, and it’s fascinating how the meaning evolved into the modern word “clue”!
