I ask not out of cynicism and sarcasm but because I love this site and the opportunity it provides for people to dig deep. Humans do play an important role in managing ecosystems which are reliant on for example farming- many endangered species that can only live in areas which are grazed by farm animals ;) Hunting is also vital in places where the annual birth and survival rate of moose and elk exceeds what their natural predators can hunt down!

Begrudgingly agree this is a great image….and although I’m not a fan of weevils…I appreciate the originality…not yet another butterfly or penguin :):)
