This is my first nonogram; I hope you like it. I made it because I like dwarves, and there are very few dwarves on this site that aren't actually gnomes.

I personally always used Paint, I just set the size by pixels to match what I was going for (or if free drawing something I'd set to 200x200). I'd then zoom way in so the image was at a size where I could easily choose the exact pixel I wanted... then I'd zoom in and out to get the thumbnail view, edit some more, thumb nail view...and so on.
Perhaps I'll get inspired and do another puzzle soon - just haven't had the motivation in a long while

Me too! I don't really like gnomes either. They're nice and all, but they're kinda weird for being so similar to dwarves but also being like elves. Now, I'm not saying elves are bad people, but it's hard to form meaningful connections with people who you know will long outlive you. I don't think very highly of halflings. Sure, they provide us with food that you can't grow underground, but they never do anything more than that. Humans are the opposite end of that extreme; they try to achieve as much as they can, and it makes things worse for everyone way too often. Now who I really hate are dragonborns. I do not care how honor-based those drakes' society is. They are still dragons. They are still a bunch of filthy drakes. Kobolds are even worse because they're drakes that act like goblins. Goblins are still somehow worse than kobolds.

(continued) I hate goblins. Goblins are worse than orcs because with orcs, you know they are fighting for a set of values (even if those values are "be strong so you can the conquer people who actually know how to make stuff"). Goblins don't even have organized raids like orcs do. If an army is defeated by orcs, the survivors can at least take comfort in knowing that they met a worthy foe. Goblins only win because there are more of them than you. Goblins are weak, so, instead of improving themselves, they make more goblins. It feels so wrong to say that goblins can make something. Goblins can't truly create; all they can make is make people suffer.

(continued) Goblins don't even do anything with the art they steal; they just hide the shiny art (like the tools they don't know how to use) and do Worldsmith knows what with it. They don't even sell the non-shiny art; they just destroy it. I hate goblins. I can assure you that your vow to hate gnomes is nothing in comparison to my vow to enact justice the moment I see a goblin.

Just open up a drawing app where you can draw individual pixels. I used Photoshop, but I don't really recommend it because sometimes Photoshop decides to add random slightly off-white pixels.
It would be nice if this site had a built-in puzzle-designer, but there isn't, so you will have to make several versions of your picture until it becomes solvable. It is worth it, though.
