The wheels look a bit too big

An old fashioned one, bike like wheels

Those wheels look a bit odd.

Modern prams have smaller wheels than this, while antique prams tended to have one big wheel (very much like a bike wheel) opposite the handle and one slightly smaller wheel on the handle-end. So yeah, this one feels off.
