for the longest time i thought it was a pair of angry eyes

I thought it would be lungs for awhile. I was watching a medical program while working the puzzle

I kept thinking angry eyes too, but it could've easily been lungs like Karal was saying. My husband teases me all the time because as soon as you can see what it is, he thinks you should be done. I keep telling him, you never can tell until the last pixel and this is a prime example of why.
