Agree - it's unfortunate that the paintbrush is being held at eye level. Also a different colour for the trousers would have been preferable.

This was quite ambitious image to attempt back in the early days of the website. That considered, this is an impressive picture! Only small suggestion I would've made is that the green grass/water not come underneath the easel as it throws off the separation of Artist and Subject.
