Starting from the bottom I thought at first it was an ice cream cone. :D I don't see what all the fuss is about, though. Girls nowadays go out every day wearing barely more than this. So what?

A fair number of this artists works are scantily dressed women. If you don't want to do puzzles like that, you can simply skip the ones he made. Some of us really enjoy his puzzles, and even more people don't have moralistic criticisms of them.
