Japanese crossword «Lion»

good job

This one is a little more difficult than the star rating suggests because of the fiddly leg bits so I had to keep restarting. The only way I could get it was to do only the orange parts first. The lion head isn't convincing. If the title wasn't there, you'd have a hard time figuring out what animal it was.

I was sure it was a cow until I saw the title. Even now I'm not entirely convinced it's a lion; it doesn't look like one at all.

I like the use of negative space, but it's not very identifiable as a lion. Thank you for the oddly-challenging small puzzle though! :)

Absolutely terrible no offense but the number clues didn't make any sense way too difficult
