Wow. Umm...well. I can't say I've ever seen anyone rotate their face in quite that way. Like running your finger in circles on your phone to make patterns in the smudges, but someone's face is the smudges.
Not to say it's bad, just sort of...disorienting, in a way.

I enjoyed this but the face looked a bit weird
