I second Anita! It's nice to work on something detailed that isn't a flower or a piece of fruit. :P The whole effect isn't apparent until you zoom out, but then wow! Excellent puzzle!

This is actually a picture of evil blood magic. The fantasy novel I'm reading has nothing to do with this conclusion. Even without the book, it doesn't look to me like what it's supposed to be.
