Fun puzzle to complete. I had to stare at the image for a bit to finally see what was intended. Thought it was a break-dancer. Haha! Nice job. :)

Notice how he sleeps on a gray surface: concrete or cement. Few of us work that hard or sleep that deeply. Perhaps he is homeless? Perhaps his big hat is his only protection from the sun? There is a sense of peace in the midst of existential anxiety.

This guy is obviously a construction site worker or similar. He has a helmet and a yellow vest. As this is hard work, he takes a little nap during his break... Maybe he built that brick wall before :) your pictures always include a story, which gives them another dimension. This is great!!
