Japanese crossword «Look into my eyes»

Really difficult at the end for the face. Cashed out all hints and gave me just enough to finish. Aside from that, I dunno if it's because I did the irises first, but I found this really creepy!

I don't know if this is accurate, but Charl is from India and I got a sense of Indian culture from this picture in the colors and demeanor of the girl. I think it's lovely. It is, sadly, too big for me to try to solve. If you missed Charl's first brilliant color nonograms, 17012 and 16999, you need to go back and check them out.

Actually, Charl tells me this is based on David Bowie's song, The Next Day:

Creepy lyrics, even for Bowie. I looked at the various interpretations and found the one that it is about his terminal disease the most convincing.
