I am pathetically ignorant about pop culture. Had never heard the title of this nonogram (or that to which it refers) so did much research. Do I understand correctly that the war is lost and the loser lost its shirt? Tragic. At least it kept its notes... [snort]!

Looks like a naked child riding the ball in question. I am blissfully ignorant of the original video. I enjoyed the challenge of solving this puzzle. I originally thought it was a bird of some kind.
