You are right. This is Guttiere and Ichthyander dance Rumba. A scene from the old beautiful movie The Amphibian (or Amphibian Man) removed according to the story by Belyaev Alexander

Once I figured out what the picture was going to be, I couldn't solve it fast enough. I was so excited to see the finished product.

I'm not familiar with the story, but the expression and movement in this picture make it a stunner! One of my favorites!
