Japanese crossword «Flinthook»

I'll be the first to admit that the gray is pretty indistinguishable here, but I really love this character and wanted to represent him here as best as possible. I still found it to be fun to solve, personally.

Could not see which white squares I had marked, but the rest was good.

They gray was white on my screen so it was quite a challenge (and kind of an exercise of memory, ahah!) So, very challenging to me regarding this. Otherwise, it's a very nice puzzle! I don't know (yet) this character, but he's cute on this picture XD Thanks!

Maybe this is where a background color would have been helpful allowing the grey to not bleed into the white at the edges. I know there are X's available while working but the final become splotchy to me. Then again I have no knowledge of the character.

Not a fan of white color for squares. The character is cute, though.

This image has merits, but as previous comments stated, the light grey is almost indistinguishable from white, so you have to rember where you put the colour. I'm also not a fan of one-block colours, it's tedious. Overall though, nice image, just needs a bit of tweaking to be great!
