But no, they don't have them (the true "belly button" is strictly for placental mammals) Crocodiles, however, do have a small umbilical scar, that fades away as they grow, often completely though some will have a tiny faint scar for their entire life - alligators, on the other hand, have a much deeper scar that is visible throughout its entire life.

When the Alligators were officially invited to join the LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Intersex, Asexual/Ace/Aro/Agender) community, they collectively agreed to take on "they/them" as their individual pronouns and "it/it" for their plural pronouns...
Alas, it's truly quite sad that most members of this community omit the "Alligators" from the full acronymn due to species based bigotry, and just use LGBTQIA+ rather than the full LGBTQIA+Alligators!
