I'm not familiar with the subject, but it was fun to solve.

A lot of people are dunces (the cap?) when it comes to calculus (integral symbol). That is my guess...

I did some searching, and finally saw that Malvina is the name of the Blue (haired) Fairy in Pinocchio, which means that the "random" two peach-toned dots near her skirt are actually his nose, and the hat makes sense too based on illustrations. Not sure what she's pointing at though! Maybe "this chart shows that the more you lie, the longer your nose grows!"?? :D
