Well done! Good colors
Usually I see this as a red powder. There is a variety of paprika that looks like this. Also Red Bells or a Scotch Bonnet (which is what I thought it was till I saw the title) Great representation of this style of pepper!

yes, it is. It can be a language thing. Often names(titles) get "grouped" when translated because of locale & translations.
