Here's a trick to search out the 18+ pictures: Do the search you want, while also choosing the "Hide content 18+" option. Once you've done that search, go up into the URL/address bar, find the part (near the end, you may need to scroll right) that says "hide_adult=1", change it to say "hide_adult=-1" (note the minus sign), then hit "enter" to issue the new search. It will then show only the 18+ puzzles. You can also bookmark that new search and re-use it any time you want.
