Tough to start. I didn't have the patience to do a lot of counting - that is my shortcoming - so I did take some guesses. Cool puzzle though!

I feel much better about my 26+ minutes on this after reading the comments. It was challenging for sure! And though I didn't intend to guess, I did take advantage of the times when the grid didn't fill in with x's as I expected.

I like this a lot! Good use of limited grid.

I only needed an 'is it this or is it that?' sort of cheating... But the rest of it took a LONG time.

I loved every minute solving this one. Yes a great challenge indeed, started with the red then green and here and there. Some checking needed. Fabulous and clever result.

Once I got the black chunk at the bottom it started coming together for me much quicker but up until that point I was fighting for my life! This was the hardest puzzle I've done yet, but really nice at the end, almost art nouveau-ish.

Quite difficult, and I had to guess at times because apparently I'm not good at long chains of logic or whatever it takes. But not quite hard enough to make me give up and such a beautiful result. I thought it was an undersea scene for a while.
