replyThank you! Simple at first but the tongue was challenging. I was stuck for a while. It was pretty obvious where everything went but I am always determined only to use logic to determine where things go. There is one part where you must imagine the consequences of putting one clump in one position and envisaging the implications a few steps further on (I have known this as 2D logic). The great thing about this site (as opposed to a particular other one which is distinctly poor in comparison) is that you know with confidence that the puzzles are all 100% logical and can be determined using logic and not requiring guessing. The other site I am thinking of has 'temporary mode' where you can guess and then either validate or clear the temporaries. This is entirely unnecessary so long as the puzzle is 100% logical. I will stick to this site, it is miles better!
