It's not HIDDEN exactly, but it's not exactly easy to get to.

copy paste that link and it will only show you all the current 18+ puzzles. The way you get to that without the link is go to the search tab, and click on "hide content 18+" and click search. Then, go up into the URL and at the very end it says &hide_adult=1. Change it to adult=-1, and boom. Only 18+ puzzles will show up

They changed their search function and moved the hide 18+ down to page filters and not URL filters. So this function doesn't work anymore :(

Proportions may not be perfect in this puzzle, but then again "perfect" is subjective ;P
reply@Mirm I found the 18+ puzzles by accident when I moved on to the larger puzzles. I think the artists can't add shading and detail in the smaller ones. My nono life hasn't been the same since! :-P
