Bubble O Bill are molded ice cream in ice cream and frozen on a stick.They're sell in Australia and New Zealand, so it's normal, I guess, if you didn't know them before if you're not of these places. Honestly, I didn't know them before that picture either. Thanks Wikipedia !

We liked it so much that I actually looked up New Zealand's immigration requirements. Since we don't have a job or long-term Kiwi relations, we would have to have $3 million. Even if it's $NZ that's a lot of money we don't have--and I don't even remember if that's $3 million _each_.
