I like it, but totally don't see what's in the title. I see a fish in an aquarium with seaweed and a lock on the lid. Awesome Rorschach test :-)

I can see a fish in a pond, I can see a lock, but I don't see the dog. Really good picture though.

I believe the dog is behind a fence. The vertical black stripes let you see the picket fence, with a brown bar across it, a yellow padlock, and green grass and daisies in front of it. The dog is sticking its snout out under the fence; the black spot is the dog's nose. Poor pooch, she probably wants to go run around.
