You can imagine what they were going for, but it doesn't really work as a picture.
replyDifficult for a beginner, picture is not that wauw!
replyDefinitely cannot tell what this picture should be, but I enjoyed the puzzle because it was not overwhelmingly easy to solve. Possibly the seeds could have been placed more around the "core" and a stem could have been included to make it a more obvious slice...
replyIt doesn't really look like an apple slice. I think it looks more like a cereal bowl than anything else.
replyCannot tell what the picture is, but it was fun to solve.
replyLooks like pasta. Would have been better if it were titled "Pasta"
replyI thought it was a bowl of food! Like rice or pudding with raisins
replyto me it looks like half an apple with two seeds in the middle and the brown bit in the bottom.
replyGood and challenging for a small one but the picture is not very good.
replyWas fun to solve, but it looks more like a bowl of oatmeal than an apple.
replyAs others said before: Fun to solve, but... But it's not bad!

Isn't it supposed to be called "Green Apple"? Not "Apple Green" ???
I don't see an apple, but I love the challengin it got for such a small piece :)
replyTo be honest, I think people aren't understanding what this is. The artist tried to make an apple cut down the middle, and for the use of space, I think it's a pretty solid attempt and a good risk.

My thoughts exactly. The problem is that white is used for both the background AND as a shade of the inside apple. This is probably why everyone is so split about it.

yes, they should have used a different color for the inside in my opinion as well.
replyIn case you can't see it, it's an apple cut down the middle at a diagonal. The brown parts are seeds. I thought the picture was really good, although it did look like a cabbage at first ^^
replyThe colors are satisfying and soothing to the eyes. Thank you for the puzzle!
replyI was a little concerned with the colors, but the image was much nicer than i was expecting
