I disagree personally, I saw that it was a fox
You reaaaaaaly need to turn your imagination for it to be a fox, but it's a good puzzle :)

I saw a fox immediately, when it was ready, but not before, like it time to times happens with these japanese cross"words". And it's very fox-like-fox, for its sitting position and all.

I figured it out before i even finished. At least it wasn't another smiley face, ladybug, or piece of fruit

I don't see how this one DOESN'T look like a fox? Great one! Only the eyes are better if they were smaller I think
totally loved this puzzle. solving it was a nice challenge and not just tedious counting. I had no idea what it was until almost the last square, but at the end I got a nice surprise. The picture is elegantly and beautifully a fox. It's artistic and not a cartoon or stick figure. I agree with Cocoonen. This is a great puzzle. One of the best.

I agree, it's prety obvious what it was even before finishing! And it's cute.
I could tell it was headed fox-ward about halfway through. Although I tend to like minimalist pictures, this one is just a little too minimalist for me. It's hard to tell where breast fur leaves off and background begins. And I find the eye falling off the side of the head rather disturbing.
