Starting at the top, I *very* briefly thought it was going to be Mario

seans' color puzzles have a certain character that his black-and-white efforts seem to lack. Here, a common object (certainly a common theme in nonograms) is elevated beyond a simple rehash of what has come before. The individual details are nothing impressive by themselves, but combine to create an effort greater than the sum of its parts.
Unfortunately, too much yellow in the lower section turns what could have been a superb puzzle into a bland counting-fest. By the time a solver reaches the bottom of the puzzle, the image is already clear, making completing the puzzle a chore rather than a delight.
Overall: a solid 'meh'

Great picture, and since I started at the bottom, was really fun. The small white area at the bottom made it a bigger challenge!
