My initial thought was a laser octopus but then I realised it's spiderman, hanging upside down.

I couldn't figure until I filled the last block, once I did, it just stood out! A hanging Spiderman- Clever!

I was about a third of the way up, doing only black, when I thought of the answer. A quick check of the color distribution and I knew I was right. (That straight run of 12 grey spaces was the clincher!)
