Highly likely Palin also did railway journeys...but no...I was referring to the Portillo Great British Railway Journeys in which he wears very colourful, flamboyant blazers!!

Some of the episodes are on YouTube. Enjoy. Personally I preferred the Chris Tarrant / Joanna Lumley train journeys but MP's are OK too.
