Tricky but worth the effort

Thanks! It is nice to have different subject matter.

The lower part was difficult. Nice idea.

For coloured ones, there is still a lot to learn for me. I completely failed at the bottom part and needed to guess or use the expected shape of the picture instead of logic to solve the puzzle.

I was gonna call Hugh's bluff, thinking he was not that harsh.
But this one got quite involved near the bottom, including some vicious battles for single pixels.

Great design, and just enough asymmetry to keep things interesting.
