In the solved puzzle I was really looking for the other arm, and decided that it was just stretched out of the frame. But in the thumbnail it is easy to see she is looking down with both hands on the floor.

I mistook the clues at the top of the puzzle for a continuation of the image -- I thought her arm was on fire and flames were shooting out of her ear ... from the exertion, I guessed.
