I haven't been able to find a new trick for it, I mostly find new 18+ ones by checking the comments of 18+ artists I already know - Jazzy comments on a lot of other 18+ puzzles so I just stalk her page and see what she's been commenting on to find new ones lol

tbh going by artist has also helped me since the 18+ mark can be a bit finicky... all of my puzzles are at least somewhat risque material but a few of them weren't marked 18+

There are 18+ artists I check their pages for new material, look for commenters on 18+ puzzles. When I find no more I go to puzzle search, hide the solved crosswords, go to page 50 or something and change the "Show crosswords 18+" checkbox and see if the results on the page change, if it changes, that means there are unsolved new puzzles to solve in those pages, so I go back page by page looking for the tag. if there are no new ones, just increase the page by 50 or something.
