Way too difficult for what it's worth.

This would have been much easier if I could have used xs, but I can't do that on my phone anymore, only on my computer. I wish I could change the settings so a second click places an x, like it used to, but I can't find a way to do that.

I do like the picture, glad it wasn't another penguin

This is an interesting example of making a tiny puzzle moderately difficult without just making a lot of small areas of similar colors.

Kept me busy a few more minutes than expected!

I think kitty is sweet and the puzzle with so many unknowns for placing the few color squares was fun to solve. I was kinda guessing which square to fill but somehow it came together I admit it though, I hit Check Crossword a couple of times just to stop myself from getting to far off correct.
