I think the action lines and ice cream cone really emphasize that this is a fat lady and look at her get fatter by eating this ice cream cone. It's not the worst thing in the world or anything, but I just found it kinda mean. I'm trying to think of a way to depict an overweight woman without it feeling like you're making fun of them, but I can't. Regardless, it's a very well done image, especially in thumbnail.

Y'know what? No. I think that other nonogram is really pleasant actually. Way too big for me to solve (it'd probably take me like 5 hours), but the woman in it seems to be having a great time with her ice cream cone, and it really looks like you're celebrating her shape in that one.
I think the biggest difference is the facial expressions. In this one she's got a kinda doofy face and it looks a bit like she has buck teeth, which adds to her being a bit simple. The larger one has a very confident and charming face that makes it look like this is a lady who likes her ice cream and doesn't really care what you think. It really feels like you're not making fun of her at all in that image.
Anyway, I don't mean to be overly critical, you do great work. Even this nonogram is really good, I just think that the vibe comes off as more negative than celebratory, but that's more because of how culture views overweight women than maybe the image itself.
