Aparently Pokemon (per Sanda10 above), which I was never into, so never recognize the characters...
That said: among the seemingly ending stream of Pokemon images on this site that look like nothing more than a blob of different single square color, this one really stands out as a good picture that is recognizable as some sort of horse or pony with flaming hooves, mane and tail (or I suppose ot could be red/orange/yellow hair rather than flames)... regardless.. excellent image!
