I know it's cheesy to complain about similar colors used in a palette, but in this case those two light blues are so close in color, they make no difference in the end result. There's no shading, and I can't even tell them apart looking at the portrait. Add that to the use of the yellow in sections, it makes it look as though this puzzle was designed by taking a photo and saving it as a low-quality image, resulting in color bleed. Why wasn't it solid yellow? And why is the top right so awkward? :(

Have you tried configuring the monitor? If moderation has published it, then there are no hard-to-distinguish colors here.

I can tell there is a difference between the two colors. But they are VERY close. Looking at hundreds of tiny squares, back and forth between the Key and the Board makes it hard (for me) to work. Most of the time, close colors are used as shading and sparing through the puzzle. I think what makes this different is that the 2 colors are used quite a lot. Again, if other don't have issue and Moderation approve it, it's just a "Me" thing. Kikker below loves it, so I shall leave these puzzles to others to enjoy. =o)
