The final image is nice, but the puzzle was (for me) not very fun. The black and dark green are almost indistinguishable on my screen. The right-hand side was a bit fun, but all in all it was too tedious.

There are rules on this resource that do not allow the author of nonograms to publish works with hard-to-distinguish colors. The authors have to change the shades until the nonogram is approved! Since this picture is here, then there is no problem with the same colors. There is a problem with your monitor settings.

Thanks for explaining! I can tell they are different colors seeing them side by side, but when working the puzzle my eyes have to jump back and forth between the edges and the work space. It can be difficult to keep the colors straight, and that's where the tedium comes in. Just my personal experience. If the moderators approved it and no one else has the same struggles, then you are right - it's either my screen or my eyes! I mean to slight against your work. Thank you for your submissions to the site! =)

If you experience difficulties in distinguishing colours, the easiest solution is to click on the colour on the top or left hand side grid. Don’t try and guess which colour it is. Hope this helps.

Thank you! Yes, that is an excellent suggestion. I think I often play too hastily. I'm learning to slow down, and definitely no more guessing! ;)
replyAnother excellent image - AND the added bonus of discovering an unknown (to me) artist and body of work. I always enjoy finding the portrait and comparing it to the thumbnail - the greatest puzzle is how the author manages to replicate the original work. Thank you.

Well, you're exaggerating... I messed up a lot here, it doesn't really look like the original.

You don't often see anything Finnish in nonograms. This was a nice surprise.
Thank you, Eric!
