I still don't understand how to solve the clouds in the upper right corner. I had to use a hint but even then, I couldn't tell how it was derived.

Put in the blue ones you know are right. Then, use a different color and just work from the far right column, placing the single one (I used yellow), then follow through. At some point, it won't work, so then start again with the single in the far right corner.
