Maybe a native Russian speaker will post the answer someday. Many of the other rebuses on the site have explanations in the comments.

So I had a look at the Russian site to see how they solved the rebus
1: The greek letter phi (not the russian one, because the "i" sound is part of the solution). Russian: фи
2: Cherries. Russian: вишни
3: The letters from the word for cherries that we will be using, 423. ниш
4: Final combination: финиш
5: Translation: (the) finish
