It reminds me unfortunately the nazi eagle... Almost the same wings.

I did a search on eagle designs and the wing design used by the Nazis was first used by the Aztecs and the Egyptians. It is also the Albanian symbol, although that eagle has two heads. If you do an image search, you will see that this design looks nothing like an eagle.
