What are the red targets supposed to be? I get that they're major cities, but they're not state capitals and I don't think they're the largest N cities either, unless I'm really badly overestimating the populations of some of the missing cities like Miami and Atlanta.
As a Delaware resident, I am sorely disappointed in its 3-pixel rendition that doesn't even capture its shape :( :( :( Personally I would've moved Philadelphia a bit lower and included the Delaware River border between NJ and Pennsylvania. But despite those minor complaints, nice effort.

Don't care much about the picture, wasn't much of challenge as there was lot of work to do this.

Not interesting or challenging. All it has in its favor is size, but size doesn't necessarily mean better.
