I didn’t publish the crossword on this website not because I don’t respect the users here, but because to understand all the humor in this cartoon, you need to be Russian. And I would go crazy trying to translate the title.
After all, even “Chip and Dale” can be interpreted in different ways. My translator translates the title “Zipper the Fly” as “zip up your fly.”

Took me forever to finish, but no hints, so I'll take that as a triumph for a Vlan puzzle!

No hints or guesses but I did have to set it aside a few times and then come back to it with a clear brain. So in fact it did take me into three days to solve it! I think that’s the longest I’ve ever spent in a puzzle this size.
